NoteMind is provided by NPLUS Solutions. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the NoteMind Android application.

Information we process

When you sign in with Google, NoteMind may process your name, email address, profile photo and account identifier for authentication and account identification. Notes, memories, dates, people, places, tags and details that you choose to save are stored in Firebase Firestore under your authenticated user account.

Advertising and technical data

The free version may display ads through Google Mobile Ads. Advertising services may process device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and limited technical information in accordance with applicable consent choices and Google's policies. NoteMind does not intentionally provide the private text of your memories to advertisers for ad targeting.

How data is used

Data is used to provide login, cloud synchronization, memory storage, search, support, security and advertising features. NPLUS Solutions does not sell your private notes or memories.

Sharing and service providers

NoteMind uses service providers including Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore and Google Mobile Ads. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Data retention and deletion

Your saved data remains associated with your account until it is deleted or you request deletion. To request deletion of your NoteMind account and associated data, visit the Account & Data Deletion page or email info@nplussolutions.com.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, including authenticated access and user-specific cloud database rules. No digital service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

NoteMind is not specifically directed to children under 13. Users should not submit another person's private information without authorization.
