In-app deletion
Open TithiConnect and go to:
Settings → Delete Account & Cloud Data
Request deletion without the app
Send an email from the Google account used with TithiConnect. Include the subject shown below.
Email: nplussolutions200113@gmail.com
Subject: TithiConnect Account Deletion Request
What will be deleted
We will delete the TithiConnect user profile and associated cloud reminders/settings. If the account owns a Pandit Ji listing, the listing and public profile will also be removed after identity verification.
A Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately through Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the TithiConnect account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Verification and processing
We may ask you to verify account ownership. Requests are normally reviewed within 7 working days. Some limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, billing or legal obligations.
