About this policy
TithiConnect is operated by N Plus Solutions. This policy explains how the app collects, uses, stores and deletes information.
Information we process
Google Sign-In may provide your name, email address, profile image and account identifier. The app may store Tithi reminders, family reminder information, language and settings in Firebase so the same account can restore them after reinstall.
When you choose current location, the app may process precise location for Panchang calculations or nearby Pandit Ji results. TithiConnect does not intend to continuously track background location. Pandit Ji service location is saved when the Pandit Ji explicitly selects or updates it.
Pandit Ji registration may include name, photograph, phone, WhatsApp number, city, area, service location, services, languages, experience and bio. Approved profile details are displayed publicly after consent.
Optional Google Calendar access is used only when the user enables calendar sync. Google Play Billing may provide subscription status or purchase identifiers; N Plus Solutions does not receive card or bank-account details from Google Play.
How information is used
Information is used to provide Panchang calculations, reminders, cloud restore, nearby Pandit Ji search, profile approval, listing visibility, support, security and subscription management.
Storage and service providers
TithiConnect uses services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing. Information may be processed by these providers to operate the app. We do not sell personal information.
User control
You may change settings, disable Pandit listing visibility, update service location and request account deletion. Deleting an account removes associated cloud data subject to legal, security or transaction-retention requirements.
